Michael’s Refrain (Michael J. O'Connell, LLC) provides professional musical performances for corporate and private events throughout the Seattle, Washington metropolitan area.

Booking Availability

  • Duration: Available for 60 to 90-minute sets.
  • Events: Corporate functions, private parties, and public events.

Credentials & Compliance

  • Legal Status: Licensed, insured, and registered LLC in Washington State.
  • Insurance: General Liability Insurance coverage of $1M / $2M.
  • Verification: Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request.
  • Permitting: All required municipal busking and performance permits are secured and maintained.
  • Volume & Crowds: Compliance with local noise ordinances is strictly maintained. Crowd control is managed effectively to ensure unobstructed foot traffic in busking environments.

Technical & Space Requirements

  • Power: Performances are fully self-contained using battery power and an independent PA system.
  • Safety: Wireless setup ensures zero cords or wires extend outside the performance area.
  • Footprint: Requires a level, hard surface area of at least 10' x 10'.
  • Soft Ground: Plywood sheets must be utilized if placing equipment on grass or dirt.
  • Weather: Adequate shade or overhead covering is required on sunny days exceeding 80°F to prevent equipment damage. A  covered area is required if rain is anticipated.
